DOJ Taps Former Enron Prosecutor To Head Criminal Division

Law360, San Francisco (August 19, 2013, 7:56 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Justice has tapped a Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP partner and former Enron prosecutor to head its criminal division, the post Lanny Breuer vacated in January, according to reports Monday.

Leslie Caldwell, who directed the federal government's Enron Task Force from 2002 to 2004, would helm the top criminal division in the nation, the Wall Street Journal's law blog reported Monday.
