New FDA Drug Security Program Targets Dubious Imports

Law360, New York (August 20, 2013, 4:08 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration will launch a program to stop contaminated, misbranded or unapproved medications from being imported into the country and is seeking applicants, including foreign makers of imported drugs, to participate, the agency said Tuesday.
