Law School Applicant Pool Continues 3-Year Nosedive

Law360, New York (August 20, 2013, 5:43 PM EDT) -- With the final fall law school applications counted, the nation's legal educators are faced with a drop of more than 12 percent in prospective law students, according to recently released data.

As of the second week of August, American Bar Association-accredited law schools accepted 385,358 applications from 59,426 prospective students, according to a report this month from the Law School Admission Council.
