Litigation Targeted Mortgage Cos. In 2007: Report

Law360 (February 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Shareholder lawsuits and class actions topped the list of most frequent mortgage lawsuits last year, according to a new report from MortgageDaily.com.

Mortgage fraud and secondary marketing lawsuits were also common, the study found.
