Jarcho Tapped To Lead SEC Investment Co. Inspections

Law360, New York (August 21, 2013, 6:39 PM EDT) -- Jane Jarcho will lead the government’s inspections of investment advisers and investment companies, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said Tuesday.

In her new role as national associate director of the investment adviser/investment company exam program, the longtime SEC attorney will oversee a staff of about 450 lawyers, accountants and examiners.
