Ex-BP Engineer Can't Hide Deepwater Meeting From Trial

Law360, New York (August 21, 2013, 3:56 PM EDT) -- A Louisiana federal judge on Tuesday refused to bar prosecutors from arguing at a former BP PLC engineer's upcoming obstruction trial that he sat idly at a government meeting while knowing his bosses were lying about the Deepwater Horizon response effort.
