Convicted Pa. Sen. Wants Ex-Campaign Treasurer Sanctioned

Law360, Philadelphia (August 21, 2013, 2:09 PM EDT) -- Disgraced ex-Pennsylvania state senator Vince Fumo, who was recently released from prison after his conviction on corruption charges, asked a Philadelphia County judge Wednesday to sanction his former campaign treasurer for defying an order requiring him to appear for deposition in a suit accusing him of misappropriating funds.
