FTC's Brill Questions Whether Section 5 Consensus Possible

Law360, New York (August 22, 2013, 7:13 PM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission's Julie Brill on Tuesday expressed willingness to work with the Republican commissioners who have been pushing the agency to clarify its authority to police unfair competition under Section 5 of the FTC Act, but questioned whether it would be possible for all the commissioners to find common ground.
