Ranchers, Others Fight Bid To Ban US Meat Labeling Rules

Law360, New York (August 21, 2013, 8:27 PM EDT) -- A cattle ranchers' association and other groups on Tuesday slammed an attempt in D.C. federal court to prevent the U.S. from implementing new country-of-origin meat-labeling rules, saying that to block the new rules would contradict the U.S.'s World Trade Organization commitments.
