7th Circ. Keeps Insurer On Hook For Thermos Asbestos Case

Law360, New York (August 22, 2013, 2:42 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit on Wednesday ordered Safety National Casualty Corp. to cover expenses The Thermos Co. incurred fighting asbestos claims from a deceased employee's family, saying the insurer's policy should protect against even dubious workplace lawsuits.
