Law360, New York (August 22, 2013, 2:57 PM EDT) -- A former associate with law firm Yee & Belilove LLP slapped the firm with a bias and retaliation suit in California state court Wednesday, claiming he was subjected to harassment by a managing partner who incorrectly assumed he was gay, and was then fired after complaining.
