Wash. Hospital Districts Can't Curb Abortion Services: AG

Law360, New York (August 22, 2013, 2:46 PM EDT) -- Washington state public hospital districts providing maternity health services must also provide abortion and contraceptive services, even if they have tie-ups with religious hospitals, according to an opinion Wednesday by the state’s Attorney General Bob Ferguson.
