Seneca, NFG Midstream Attack Pa. Gas Facility Designation

Law360, Philadelphia (August 22, 2013, 5:28 PM EDT) -- A natural gas producer and a pipeline company on Wednesday accused the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection of wrongly classifying two natural gas facilities as a single source of pollution for air emissions purposes, saying they aren't similar enough to be linked.
