Okla. AG Wants En Banc Review Of EPA Haze Rule

Law360, New York (August 22, 2013, 2:46 PM EDT) -- The Attorney General of Oklahoma announced Thursday that he will ask for a full Tenth Circuit rehearing of a recent decision backing the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s right to reject a state emissions control plan in favor of its own program.
