Law360, New York (August 27, 2013, 8:41 PM EDT) -- Now that a bankruptcy judge has set discovery guidelines for Detroit's quest for eligibility under Chapter 9, the city is going to have to scramble to avoid a prolonged fight over financial figures and the extent of its prepetition negotiations with creditors, experts say.
