Verizon, Ford Can't Speak At Apple-Motorola Patent Hearing

Law360, Los Angeles (August 22, 2013, 4:23 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Thursday refused to allow Verizon Communications Inc., the American Association of Advertising Agencies and Ford Motor Co. to participate in oral arguments during an upcoming appellate hearing in the smartphone patent dispute between Motorola Inc. and Apple Inc.
