FERC OKs Rate Increase For Power Transmission Project

Law360, New York (August 23, 2013, 8:04 PM EDT) -- A proposal from a U.S. Department of Energy power administration to increase rates for the Pacific Northwest-Pacific Southwest Intertie Project won final confirmation Thursday from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, which approved a May 2013 to April 2018 rate schedule.
