DC Circ. Urged To Revive Challenge To Coal Lease Sales

Circuit to revive their challenge to the federal government’s decision to put coal mining leases in Wyoming's Powder River Basin up for sale, saying a Washington federal judge wrongly concluded they lacked standing to bring the suit.
