Law360, Philadelphia (August 23, 2013, 3:14 PM EDT) -- In a closely watched case over whether a county official overstepped his authority by issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples in defiance of Pennsylvania law, the state’s Commonwealth Court issued an order Thursday largely limiting the issues to be addressed in an upcoming hearing to matters of jurisdiction.
