Spectra Seeks FERC Approval Of $113M Pipeline Expansion

Law360, New York (August 23, 2013, 5:34 PM EDT) -- Spectra Energy Partners LP wants the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to greenlight its planned $113.5 million expansion of its East Tennessee Natural Gas pipeline in Tennessee and Virginia in order to provide service to an Eastman Chemical Co. plant, according to a commission notice published Thursday.
