Ethicon Suffers Blow In Aortic Laceration Case

Law360 (February 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Tennessee appeals court has ordered a new trial in a product liability case brought by a patient who claimed that a defective surgical device manufactured by Ethicon Endo-Surgery Inc. caused the accidental laceration of her aorta during abdominal surgery.
