Enviros Sue To Block Enbridge Tar Sands Pipeline Project

Law360, New York (August 23, 2013, 5:29 PM EDT) -- A pair of environmental groups are challenging federal approval of Enbridge Inc.'s proposed 589-mile tar sands oil pipeline running from Illinois to Oklahoma, lodging a complaint in Washington federal court Thursday claiming the government did not conduct a proper environmental review.
