Nigeria Privatizes Power Plants, But Tread Cautiously

Law360, New York (August 26, 2013, 2:38 PM EDT) -- In the second of a series of broad public initiatives designed to bolster the electric power sector in Nigeria, the federal government of Nigeria recently announced it would privatize 10 gas-fired power plants under development by the Niger Delta Power Holding Co.
