SEC Bars Ex-PwC Accountant For One Year

Law360, New York (February 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and a former PricewaterhouseCoopers accountant have struck a settlement deal over the accountant's alleged lack of professional care in signing off on video game company Take-Two Interactive Software Inc.'s financial statements for the year 2000.

The accountant, Robert A. Fish, 60, will be barred from practicing before the SEC for at least one year, after which Fish will be allowed to apply for reinstatement.
