Fla. County OKs Incentives To Lure Clean Energy Co.

Law360, Miami (August 27, 2013, 6:16 PM EDT) -- The Palm Beach County Commissioners on Tuesday approved a set of economic incentives for a clean energy company considering Jupiter, Fla., for an expansion that could create hundreds of jobs and more than $600 million in economic impact over five years.

The company, known only as “Project Gas” while it maintains confidentiality at this stage in its decision-making process, is described as a wholly owned subsidiary of an international company that specializes in clean energy production, according to county documents.
