Former Anglo Irish Bank Seeks US Bankruptcy Protection

Law360, Wilmington (August 27, 2013, 3:59 PM EDT) -- Irish Bank Resolution Corp. Ltd., formerly known as Anglo Irish Bank, filed for Chapter 15 protection late Monday in Delaware, aiming to protect its U.S. assets as it continues the liquidation ordered by its home government in February.
