Pa. Regulators Won't Stay Seneca Gas Well Permit Appeal

Law360, Philadelphia (August 27, 2013, 7:06 PM EDT) -- A state administrative law judge Monday refused to stay an appeal brought by the Pennsylvania Game Commission challenging a gas drilling permit issued to Seneca Resources Corp., finding that a separate lawsuit pending between the parties was not related to the issues in the case.
