NLRB Judge Says DuPont Denied Access To Union Rep

Law360, New York (August 27, 2013, 3:35 PM EDT) -- A National Labor Relations Board judge ruled Monday that DuPont Co. violated federal labor law by refusing a worker's request for a union representative during an interview that led to his termination, but refused to order reinstatement of the worker.
