Law360, New York (August 27, 2013, 6:18 PM EDT) -- A Massachusetts federal judge on Tuesday refused to disqualify himself from an intellectual property dispute between German medical laser maker Biolitec AG and medical device manufacturer AngioDynamics Inc., saying his disapproval of Biolitec’s bad behavior was not grounds for recusal.
