US, British Investigators Cop to Data Crimes, China Says

Law360, New York (August 27, 2013, 7:49 PM EDT) -- A Chinese state security bureau said Tuesday that Shanghai police have officially arrested a British corporate investigator and his American wife on charges of selling the personal information of Chinese citizens, claiming they had confessed to their alleged crimes and apologized.
