Law360, New York (August 28, 2013, 9:10 PM EDT) -- A conservative think tank recently pushed the U.S. to pave the way for free trade with several African countries, and though trade experts agree the U.S. stands to gain from stronger ties to Africa, they said it would take a series of reforms before many African economies can meet the commitments required under a modern-day free trade agreement.
