Enbridge Gets OK To Replace 1st Segment Of Ind. Pipeline

Law360, New York (August 28, 2013, 9:04 PM EDT) -- Enbridge Energy Partners LP has received approval from a federal agency to begin replacing the first 60-mile segment of its crude-oil pipeline in northern Indiana.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has given the go-ahead for the pipeline transport company to begin work on a portion of the Line 6B pipeline that runs from the Michigan-Indiana border to the Indiana city of LaPorte.
