Yahoo Loses Bid To Consolidate Messenger IP Suits

Law360, New York (August 28, 2013, 7:29 PM EDT) -- Yahoo Inc. will be forced to fight patent infringement claims over its messenger technology on two fronts following a Delaware federal judge's Wednesday ruling that the original suit brought by Pragmatus AV could not be transferred to California, where a similar suit is pending.
