SRS, No Stranger To Deal Suits, Finds Its Own Dead-Ended

Law360, New York (August 28, 2013, 3:43 PM EDT) -- Shareholder Representative Services Inc. is no stranger to merger litigation. As a “post-closing specialist,” it is responsible for managing the thorny issues of escrows and earn outs and price adjustments.

But the company has found itself in its own lawsuit related to the sale of a business services unit, a case that on Tuesday was forced into arbitration by a Delaware judge, over SRS' wishes.
