10th Circ. Backs Wyeth, Schwarz Win in Generic Reglan Suit

Law360, New York (August 28, 2013, 4:34 PM EDT) -- The Tenth Circuit on Wednesday affirmed that an Oklahoma couple cannot hold Wyeth Inc. and Schwarz Pharma Inc. liable for failure to warn about purported neurological side effects from generic versions of their brand-name heartburn drug Reglan.
