CMS Rule Lets States Run Small-Biz Health Exchanges

Law360, Los Angeles (August 28, 2013, 8:18 PM EDT) -- The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has released a final rule that will allow states to run the Affordable Care Act’s health insurance exchanges for small businesses, according to a document to be published in the Federal Register on Friday.
