Indicted Texas Judge Jailed, Competency Questioned

Law360, Houston (August 29, 2013, 4:06 PM EDT) -- A Texas judge indicted on abuse of office charges was jailed Wednesday and ordered to undergo a mental competency examination over unauthorized public comments he allegedly made attacking the charges against him and leveling lurid accusations at the acting district attorney.
