Fla. DEP Enforcement Severely Stunted, Enviros Say

Law360, New York (August 29, 2013, 4:39 PM EDT) -- A public employee group blasted the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, its director and Gov. Rick Scott Thursday for allegedly allowing Florida's pollution enforcement to plummet in the past two years, saying in a report that pollution penalty collections dropped by 70 percent last year alone.
