Aussie Energy Co. Wins Gov't Approval For $200M Wind Farm

Law360, New York (September 3, 2013, 2:12 PM EDT) -- Australian officials on Monday signed off on Infigen Energy's $200 million plans for a 120-megawatt wind farm in New South Wales, squelching an opposition effort by the operator of a nearby prison and locals who contended noise from the project will be harmful.
