11th Circ. Slams Ala. University Over Racial Slur Case

Law360, San Francisco (September 3, 2013, 7:35 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit slammed Alabama State University on Tuesday, affirming a lower court's judgment that awarded a win and front pay to three former employees who claimed that they faced a barrage of racial slurs and sexual harassment, finding that ASU's attorneys' “carelessness” cost them the case.
