Detroit Unions Say Mich. Gov. Must Comply With Subpoena

Law360, New York (September 3, 2013, 5:14 PM EDT) -- Public workers and retirees in Detroit on Saturday fought back against Michigan’s efforts to keep its governor from being forced to answer questions about the city’s bankruptcy filing, as the fight over the city’s eligibility for Chapter 9 protection continues.
