Law360, New York (September 3, 2013, 6:10 PM EDT) -- A former Mutual Benefits Corp. executive on Tuesday reached a plea deal with prosecutors in two cases accusing him of running an $837 million insurance scam, agreeing to plead guilty on a charge of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud.
