Former Pillsbury Atty Sanctioned Again For Ethical Breaches

Law360, New York (September 3, 2013, 5:36 PM EDT) -- A former Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP lawyer had his law license suspended for the second time for a variety of ethical breaches while at the firm, including representing himself as a "senior counsel" when he was an associate.

Garland Stillwell was previously suspended for two months in the District of Columbia for various misrepresentations while at the firm between 2004 and 2008.
