Law360, Miami (September 4, 2013, 4:19 PM EDT) -- Counsel for a call center company and its chief executive told a Florida appeals court Wednesday that a trial court erred in awarding $1.5 million in legal fees to its former president for claims against the two parties on the grounds they were “inextricably intertwined.”
