FERC Approves Dominion Upgrades To 2 Natural Gas Plants

Law360, New York (September 4, 2013, 7:37 PM EDT) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Wednesday approved an application by a subsidiary of Dominion Resources Inc. for modifications and additions to two natural gas processing plants in Pennsylvania, as long as the projects are completed within a year.

FERC said that Dominion could upgrade its Crayne Compressor Station in Greene County and its J.B. Tonkin Compressor Station in Westmoreland County. The projects would cost a combined $41.6 million, according to the project application by Dominion Transmission Inc.
