Skadden Closes Vienna Office, Partner Joins Austrian Firm

Law360, New York (September 5, 2013, 1:18 PM EDT) -- Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP is closing its Austria office after 20 years following the departure of its longtime managing partner in Vienna, a mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions veteran who is leaving to join the European law firm CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz, it was announced Thursday.
