Ex-Pa. Justice Tapped To Defend State's Gay Marriage Ban

Law360, Harrisburg (September 5, 2013, 5:28 PM EDT) -- In the legal fight over Pennsylvania’s same-sex marriage ban, Gov. Tom Corbett's Office of General Counsel announced Wednesday that it had tapped former state Supreme Court justice and Lamb McErlane PC Chairman William Lamb to defend the constitutionality of the law in federal court in Harrisburg.
