Media Attention Prejudiced Jury, Fumo Tells High Court

Vince Fumo, who was convicted on a slate of corruption charges in 2009, asked the U.S. Supreme Court for a new trial Tuesday, claiming extensive media coverage of his prosecution improperly exposed jurors to information excluded from the record in the case.
