Versata Asks Judge To Restore AIA Patent Review Suit

Law360, New York (September 6, 2013, 9:26 PM EDT) -- Versata Software Inc. on Wednesday urged a Virginia federal judge to revive its suit challenging an expedited patent review instituted under the America Invents Act, saying the court had wrongly ruled Congress wanted AIA review decisions to be insulated from litigation.
