SEC Taps Nancy Morris As Commission Secretary

Law360, New York (December 7, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Christopher Cox has tapped Nancy Morris to become the SEC’s Secretary after veteran Jonathan Katz retires in January.

Katz’s retirement plans were announced in March. He will serve until Jan. 3, 2006.
